Buzzards Nest is No Smoking accommodation.

Lettings are for a maximum of four weeks and commence from 1500 hours on the Friday and end at 1000 hours on the Friday at the end of the tenancy.

The tenancy is created within the meaning of section 9 of the rent act 1977.

The tenant agrees:

a. To keep and leave the accommodation in a tidy state.

b. To pay for any breakages and damage.

c. To allow the owner reasonable access.

Payment can be made by cash or cheque only. Sorry we can not accept credit/debit cards at this time.
